🙏🏻 Stretching is Good For The Soul 🙏🏻

Good afternoon! Today is Wednesday July 15,2020. What a great day I have had so far. I woke up at 6:30 am. I felt slow and weird as usual. I had cereal at 7 am and took my first meds at 7:30 am. As it is Wednesday, I have a stretch class at 9 (heavenly and so needed for my body), followed by a Pilates mat class at 9:30. I did well in both classes. Once we got to balance work, I kind of fell apart. I was able to hold my balance on either leg the first time, but with later sets, my body was done (balance work was done at the end of a tough class). It is uber important to practice balancing on a daily basis. I have come so close to falling several times. I call it a phenomenon because it just happens and completely catches me by surprise every time. The other thing which I actually find amusing is that sometimes when I am walking, I trip over my own feet! For some reason, when it happens, I start singing "Zippety Doo Dah". Humor is a MUST!


It is now 6:30 pm. My day has been truly amazing and symptom free. I just sat down for the first time today to blog about my day. My right hand is getting a little shaky. However, it is nothing too concerning. My body usually tightens up around now. I have found that relaxing and taking some zen breaths works wonders. Slow stretching also works as it helps me loosen up. My Mantra has always been..... "Just breathe". It is now 10:40pm and I am relaxed and ready for sweet dreams. Bless and Good Night.
