Our Story

We created this book to solve a very real problem: not everyone has access to a trained Pilates 4 Parkinson’s (P4P) instructor or a movement professional who understands the unique needs of Parkinson’s disease.

 

Over years of working one-on-one with individuals across all stages, we saw the same pattern—those who had consistent, guided exercise maintained their movement, confidence, and independence longer. But too many people were left without the support they needed.
