This is a 500+ hour comprehensive Pilates Teacher Training Course created by Pilates Elder, Lolita San Miguel, First Generation Pilates Master Teacher certified by Joseph H. Pilates and based upon her more than 55 years of Pilates experience. The course will be taught by Legacy Educator, Cecilia Pulido, Second Generation Pilates Master Teacher at a fully equipped host facility.

Testing
Final testing is scheduled separately, and occurs no sooner than 2 months after the completion of System III.

Sessions are scheduled approximately 6-8 weeks apart in order to allow students enough time to complete their required hours, learn, arrange payments and matriculate through the program.
​
This program requires an approximately 12 - 18 month commitment, and serious intent to learn the Pilates Method in the format designed by one of the original students of Joseph Pilates. Ms. Lolita San Miguel still practices Pilates daily and teaches regularly. Her longevity and grace are a testament to the Method and her many years of knowledge and experience with Pilates.
